ASIC Design Manager
You’ll provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and you’ll work with thought-leaders in multiple technology areas. You’ll have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and you’ll be constantly looking for ways to improve our products’ performance, quality and cost.

Key Responsibilities:· Build, manage and mentor RTL Design team· Define and own ASIC design methodologies· Own design and SOC overall schedules, set project priorities, drive project goals· Act as a technical point of contact to the different SOC development teams· Lead cross functional SOC development activities· Work with with the different stakeholders and functional teams to ensure delivery of high quality HW/SW systems to AWS data centers· Provide technical leadership through personal example, mentorship, and strong teamwork
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree or higher in EE or CE or CS· 10+ years or more of practical semiconductor ASIC design experience including owning end to end design of major SOC blocks· 5 + years experience managing a team of design engineers· Successful tape outs as an owner of a major design block and as an overall SoC lead· Practical experience with design of top-level and integration· Proficient in design methodologies and EDA tools· Experience working with Synthesis, timing and design constraints
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous leadership experience in a start-up company or start-up team· SOC bring-up and post silicon validation experience· Experience building and mentoring teams including hiring, planning and development of methodologies· Program management experience· Architecture/System engineering experience· Experience with gate level testing and multi clock design practices (CDC)· Experience with managing outsource vendors· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
DDR/HBM RTL Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities:- Work with SOC and system architects to define product strategy and architecture of DDR/HBM subsystem solution· Lead our DDR/HBM design efforts· Perform RTL coding and micro architecture tasks· Instruct Physical design team with physical constraints, timing analysis and signoff responsibilities for your Block· Support the verification team with by developing verification strategies, debug and provide coverage definitions· Participate in test plan and coverage reviews· Participate in the definition of the SoC Lab testing of the product· Provide technical leadership through personal example, mentorship, and strong teamwork
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc + 8yrs or MSc + 6yrs in EE/CS· 6+ years of experience with ASIC design· RTL logic design expertise· 4+ years of experience with the design and integration of DDR or HBM SOC subsystem solutions· Lab experience with the bring up and validation of DDR or HBM subsystem solutions
Senior Software Development Engineer
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education
- 5+ years professional experience in developing and maintenance of Linux Ethernet drivers
- Good understanding of Linux network stack internals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with embedded environments
- Hands-on experience with Linux kernel
- Proficiency in modern programming languages
- Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Familiarity with Linux upstreaming procedure
